Preheat oven 218ºC, prepare baking sheet with parchment paper. Microwave the broccoli for 1 minute to steam, remove extra moisture. Mix it with egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt oregano pepper. Place it on the pan on a thin layer. Bake it 20 minutes until golden, top it with the 1/2 mozarella, bake it until cheese melted and crust crispy.
