Spinach and meat form yesterday, with an egg and a spoonful of meat from the other day.
Dinner: cabbage salad, szalonna, a bit of cheese and some saussage with zero sugar barbecue sauce.
the szalonna is pretty much fat and very little protein, about 70g in raw form, but a lot of fat remains in the pan, so maybe 40g of it ends on the plate. Ever since it burned in my mind how calorie dense is the cheese I moderate myself so the amount of cheese I consumed was only 28g. Didn´t measured the cabbage, that´s just “some carbs”.
As dessert today we had a little cup of Sugar Free Blueberry Jello-cream-yogurt Dessert (about 180g)
