Food Diary 26.27.2019

Late breakfast was 2 eggs, half a tomato (100g), about 200g of leftover food from yesterday (left some of it on the plate), 2 tiny pieces of broccoli and a little bit (about 80g) of Sugar free blueberry jello-cream-yogurt as dessert.

It went a bit over the calories that we usually eat in one go… but I don’t really care about the calories 🙂 The carbs are still okay.

Dinner: spinach made with a bit of duck fat, heavy cream and garlic plus 3 slices of lean pork + finished the dessert I have left in the morning.

 

I haven´t bothered to check the calories or carbs in this meal, it is surely low in carbs.
