Slowly switching over the “visual mode” instead of measuring food. In a couple days from now we are going away and won´t have the opportunity to measure  the food at this level. But over all I am really happy that we measured and logged everything this month, it made me realize that I have a tendency to over eat, and to eat way more cheese that I should.  I will try to continue the photo log of the foods just for fun.
