Food diary 21.07.2019

Fridge is slowly getting empty 😀 inventing and eating what’s left.  Next week we will try to include some fasting days but surely will need a trip to grocery shopping.

The Sugar Free Cherry Jam is a bit on the “dangerous side” carb wise, as this only one meal was already close to our daily limit, but considering that the second meal for today is some barbecued meat, we are going to be just fine.

Food no. 2 😀 no measurements here 😀 A bit of sour cabbage as side dish, and the rest of it was meat and alioli.
