Another great breakfast, continuing our “fridge challenge”… which is not going really great LOL. We had to add some additional foods but hey that´s life, nothing works according to plan. Either way , here is today´s first meal, we had it around noon:
I weighted the ¨hungarian bacon” before frying and after. The pan had a serious amount of fat… we will use that for cooking today-tomorrow. But from the 77g of szalonna measured initially we ended up with about 46g of it.
Husband had a bigger slice of cheese, he burns more than me, I have to restrict cheese as much as I can.
For dinner I had to come up with something from what is left in the fridge 😀 And that’s not to much. So I put together this very quick and simple meal and called it dinner: Green Bean Salad With Mayo, Ham, Sausage And Cheese
