Quite possibly this is going to be the second meal for today as well 😀 tonight we will start a 72h fast, and I don’t want to leave this food for that many days in the fridge. Easy meal plan LOL…
The funny thing about eating this way is that I don’t even care that we had the same food 3 times in a row.
Food 2: some leftover Spicy Minced Meat And Vegetable Medley, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of bacon and a chocolate bonbon (home made filled with strawberry filling)

Notes: Calorie wise this dinner was surely less than the above, because quite a lot of fat remained on the table. I microwaved the cheese and bacon, and some fat also was left on the table. The carbs in the prepared meal are not net carbs. The chocolate bonbon had a total of 9 gramms, but from this the interior is filling (sugar free strawberry ganache), so the carb content is a little bit lower.
But then again, this was the first chocolate we had since the beginning of the month, which I don’t think is that bad. 😀 considering that now, at 20:00 begins the 72h fasting, and we won´t eat anything till Wednesday at 20:00.
