Some of the fat is going to melted from the Szalonna, and remained in the pan. Thus the calorie content of this meal is slightly lower than the calculation.

Dinner:

Carrot with mayonaisse and alioli +meat

According to my calculation the Carrot with Mayonaisse is 177kcal/100g

Today went a bit overboard with the desired amount of calories – no problem whatsoever. Now we want to do an “induction” period, where we limit our calorie intake and do big pauses between meals. (the rest of the week was around 1000kcal/day, today around 1650. Still okay 🙂

and almost forgot: had a beer 0.0 alcohol
